Course Description
This course is focused on teaching students how to defend their homes in the event of social collapse, home invasion, burglary, or robbery.
Course Outline
• Reality of crimes that happen in and around the home • Mindset and legalities in the defense of the home • Home safety basics to secure your home • Planning and implementation of an emergency home plan • Light use both flashlight and home • Cover and concealment in home environment • What to do in the event of a home shooting
Equipment List
- NO LIVE WEAPONS WILL BE INTRODUCED IN THE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT. The use of blue guns, training weapons, etc will be used for demonstrations and training
- Handheld flashlight with fresh and replacment batteries
Prerequisites
This is an intermediate level class. Students must have a CCW permit and proof of said permit before being allowed to attend class. The student needs to know and be able to demonstrate safe gun handling, weapon system familiarity, marksmanship skills, and working from a holster. Students failing to meet and maintain our safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for the specific class may be removed from training.
